Col di Manza is a Millesimato sparkling wine whose grapes are grown following the principles of biodynamics on the hills of Farra di Soligo, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area. Biodynamic viticulture is based on the principle that earthly and cosmic forces must act in perfect balance and harmony, while human activity must operate by preserving the biodiversity of the soil, so that the vine can grow healthy and strong.
