Winery & Vintage Info

The wine was fermented in open top vessels to gently extract varietal flavour, perfume and natural elegant tannin. It was matured for 17 months in a combination of 2nd and 3rd fill French and American oak barriques.

A beautifully balanced medium bodied wine- it is made to be enjoyed at anytime, but we do believe with its fine tannins that it will age elegantly.
