The wine sees about 20% whole bunches in the ferment to give spice and fine tannins.

"From a 16 year old vineyard located on the side of an old volcano, managed by the team at Hoddles Creek.
Spicy red fruits with a sappy and floral perfume. It’s light bodied, already open and accessible, with juicy acidity, light tannin and a spicy/savoury finish of good length.
